Obviously its hard to make a warm blue, unless youre going for turquoise - But I think I would have loved to have one or two turquoise shades in there.

While the Its My Pleasure palette doesnt have a highlight shade and the Blue Moon palette doesnt really have a transition shade that looks like skin, I really dont mind dipping into another palette to complete the look, because I feel like both palettes give me everything I need to create a ton of looks around these 2 colours.

First of all, I need to say that Im about to rave about these palettes for a hot minute, and when I say I LOVE them, I dont mean I love them for a cheap dupe. Ok its beautiful but I dont understand why we couldnt get a true periwinkle matte blue in an all-blue palette ugh! and Billie Jean are both on the grey side, so you can do a totally different look using just these 2 shades.
I also love that the darkest shade, Sleeper, is a warm, almost eggplant like shade, because it really looks beautiful and healthy on the eye, as opposed to looking like you got punched in the face like a cold purple can sometimes do.
Safe to say, these 2 palettes are really a hit for me, and I love that they have one for almost every colour out there.
The 3 lighter glittery shades (Do Or Dough, Earthshine and Mr. Sandman) are my favourite, because I find them to be super multidimensional and captivating to look at. Now the Blue Moon shades: As I mentioned, this doesnt have a neutral transition shade, but I like using Moonlite as a transition when Im looking for a full blue look.

Since I placed my first Colourpop order a few weeks ago, its safe to say Ive been pretty frickin obsessed!! Change). I feel like Its My Pleasure might be a tiny bit more versatile than Blue Moon, if only because it has a shade thats closer to skin-tone and it also has 2 cooler shades (Do Or Dough and Chick Lit) and the rest of the shades are warm. My favourite shades from this palette are Starry Eyed, Tide Pool, and Mad About U, which, when used together, make your eyes look like a beautiful exotic pool, LOL. As I was just about to purchase the Huda Beauty Purple Obsessions palette (for $27), I stumbled upon the Colourpop Its My Pleasure palette (a whopping $12) and thought I might as well try it out, because a) it looked amazing, b) I kept hearing good things about Colourpop and c) I figured the worst that would happen would be me loosing $12 Which is less than half of what the Huda Beauty palette costs.
