I called the hotel the morning of my wedding to ask if the shuttle could arrive at 3:00pm, to which I was then put on hold for about 25 minutes by the front desk receptionist as they were finding the shuttle schedule. After the 25 minutes, I asked if they could please call me back when they found the schedule as it was my wedding day and I had other things I needed to do other than be on hold. We have found our new hotel to stay at every time we go to St. Louis area!!! If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
