Any related damage due to this condition may be eligible for repair under the recall as well. Interestingly, affected title branded and salvage vehicles are eligible for this recall.
Haven't read or seen this one before. FYI, you don't have any power steering fluid, or pump. Similar to the "Low Battery" warning people occasionally get. Ford F-150s are notorious for binding in the steering shaft. This article applies to the Ford F-150 (2004-2014) and the F-250, F-350 Super Duty (2005-2014). the power steering system isn't hydraulic at all anymore, completely electric motor assist.
