There were seat belts for everyone, and the air conditioning worked great- car seats would fit perfectly in the van too. Highly recommend them anytime you visit Cancun. We arrived at the airport right at two hours before our departure, which gave us plenty of time to get checked in and through security. Thank you. I prepayed for them to take us to a hotel near Tulum but when we arrived at the airport the prepared private shuttle I had ordered was going to be 40 minutes late. Two hours later the representative was there to meet us and immediately transfer us to the hotel. The best part was that we werent picked up at an extraordinarily early time. They were on time. For sure we will use HAPPY SHUTTLE again next time we go back to Cancun. Still had concerns if we would have our shuttle there. We went to Xcaret Park. If I could leave 0 stars I would. His professionalism, kindness and passion is what will keep us coming back for more! Everything was right on. Our flight was 5 hours late and when we exited the airport they were right there calling out our name! Had I known I couldnt get a refund I would have booked with another company. They found private Van for us within few minutes. Would definitely use happy again! it was fine the vehicles were newer with AC and comfortable. Bernardo was our driver and he was fantastic!!! If we do go back, we will definitely use their services!!! Luckily this driver in this company actually knew what they were doing and a taxi took us there in time for our flight. But now I will steer my guests to other transfer companies.

Please book with confidence! It was raining outside, and the driver even put the umbrella over our head and walked us to the vehicle!!! My return flights time changed and before I communicated with them , they had picked on it already and sent me an email to confirm. DO NOT USE!!! They had personnel to greet us at the airport, and were out front of our resort for the return trip early--with no additional calls needed, just the original booking information! The vans were extremely clean, and a lot of luggage could fit in the back of the van. He had good conversations with us and we were on our way promptly to Puerto Juarez to catch the ferry. Totally punctual, vans are super clean and the driver was really friendly. Communication was via email, I sent them my flight information. They guy that I spoke to was very rude and left a bad taste in our mouth at the end of our vacation. Thank you ! He has mastered the true heart of hospitality.
