It turns out this HID bulb is very expensive. My 2011 Dodge Charger had the po8 recall done in July of 2014 at about 48000 miles now at 94000 miles the same problem has occurred. I notice this happens in the cold weather especially. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. There is a clear defect in the alternators of these cars, its only a matter of time before someone is injured or killed. ( there was no warning that there was a problem, no warning lights were on. )
