It is a great condo with lots of space and so close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. He was knowledgeable, patient, and always made a point of asking questions to better understand our needs. Joe took me through the process in about 15 minutes, got me with a great company at a bargain basement price, and now I can relax as I turn 65 knowing that one major thing I had to deal with has been handled by an absolute expert. We have stayed at North Forest several times and this was just as good as our previous stays. The unique (4th floor) rooftop pool and hot tub are surrounded by an expansive deck that allows you to catch the cool ocean breeze. Many years ago, I handled health benefits plans for the federal government. Joe was very helpful & made reviewing your Medicare options easy. Mr. DeAngelis knew exactly the best plan for me and one that would fit my needs and a plan that was affordable. Very well appointed. Overall a good time, thanks! The Guest bedroom has twin beds, an armoire with flat screen TV and a comfortable cushioned rattan chair. Came across this spot. Full Balance is to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. This was our first stay at North Shore Place. Any questions or concerns were a phone call away once we agreed-upon the plan we were going to take it was a 15 minute phone call to get it set up. I could not be happier. Night Available, no arrivals or departures. I was expecting a nice condo based on the pictures that I viewed online. The pool and hot tub were just great. However, when we arrived and saw the condo firsthand, I was extremely excited on how much nicer the condo was. For larger groups - please inquire about North Shore 406 (3BR/3 Bath) located just on the other side of the pool or our nearby Sea Crest units located just across the street on the ocean side of the road. Any minor issues were quickly solved by management. Large 2 BDRM-Coligny Area! There were a few minor repairs/updates needed within the unit, but overall we were quite satisfied. I had all my questions answered and secured the coverage best for me very quickly and professionally.
Also, the balcony wraps around, providing more outdoor space. Can't go wrong with reaching out to Joe D. The experience could not have been better. He was kind and courteous and knowledgeable. I felt right at home and very comfortable. Joe was an absolute pleasure to work with.

My sister and I discussed where we would stay if we returned to HHI. This rental includes privileges at the Oceanside Sea Crest Pool and easy access to the famous "Pool Bar Jim's". Kitchen is well-stocked with necessary supplies in case you want to cook some meals. He is knowledgeable about insurance options and super-serves your needs. Our experience with Seashore Vacations was by far our best rental experience since Sea Pines. Great layout and location. Awesome place to stay and the management company, Seashore Vacations, was so great to work with. Joe was a true blessing for me with the whole Medicare nightmare! It was a pleasure meeting with Jo DeAngelis to re-evaluate and choose new plan for my husband as well as my father. Quick trip to HHI, our favorite vacation place for 25 years. Overall, a wonderful stay with great weather! Wasps nest were irritating and they came immediately to resolve. Owner, Pam, is friendly and helpful. Plus, he is only a phone call away if I have any questions. Thanks to Joe DeAngelis and his agency, much of the guessing and the mistakes were removed and my journey was relatively painless. Anyone who stays here won't be disappointed! If you have upcoming trips, you can manage or cancel your booking in your traveler account. Hilton Head Island wins USNews accolades for one of the US's best beaches! This villa is 1.1 mi away from Hilton Head Island. 4 Night minimum stay required.

This is an end unit with a semi-private hallway ( the only unit that has one), so less hall traffic. It was perfect despite the rain. I never wanted to leave. He saved me a LOT of money on my supplement, got Denise an excellent plan, and explained several things that had confounded me in the past. Trying to navigate an initial signing up for Medicare is anything but easy or painless-especially if you are trying to do it alone.

Really liked that the pool and hot tub were literally outside our door. seascape Just enough room for our family of 4. 401 was spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked. Also located right next to an awesome plaza with great shops and restaurants. We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay! The dining room comfortably seats six with additional seating at the kitchen bar. Dont feel bad if youve had a hard time with it. The Sandbox and Sea Pines Forest Preserve are also within 2 miles (3 km). Every detail was addressed and I was allowed unlimited time for questions and concerns.Changing my health plans were very easy using Joe as my agent.. Joe is very knowledgeable about Medicare and the Medigap plans, and he helped pick the best options for my wife and I. Was clean, check in was easy and location was great. Joe has made the whole process very simple and stress-free. I'm often asked what is the difference between Medicare Supplement Plan G and Plan N. However if you want to eat out there are many good restaurant choices right next door as well as a grocery store. Joe did a great job. Villa is very clean, well-appointed, decor is bright and cheery. Very knowledgeable. We've owned the unit since 2005 and love the location and the 4th floor pool! He did a great job helping my 94 year old Father pick his plan last year and my Wife pick hers. The Medical application process was excellent! Joe made me understand how the process works so I could make an educated decision. We have rented this condo many times. We will be staying here again. He was extremely helpful in reducing both of their premiums. This bright and airy two-level condominium features a spacious open floor plan with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. I thought I knew all about getting a good provider, but Joe sure steered us straight. This villa has Corian counters, custom moldings, and cultured marble showers. A cash deposit, credit card, or debit card for incidental charges and government-issued photo identification may be required upon check-in. Joe is knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. Any questions that I had were immediately answered. The close proximity to the popular Coligny Plaza with its wonderful shops, restaurants and nightly family entertainment makes North Shore Place the ideal getaway for families.

His explanations are easy to understand and he takes the time to listen. Received great service and best price available. This villa does not have a restaurant on site. The only thing I would like to suggest is that the condo above needs carpeting as all you heard was the chairs scrapping along the floor at all hours of the day. It has the perfect blend of casual beach and luxurious elegance to provide you with a perfect vacation. We had a wonderful experience. And while Medicare is generally an excellent health insurance plan, there is no one option that is the best fit for every single person. And the management company offered to help us move our belongings from the 4th floor to the garage on move out day!! The unit itself was spacious, clean and very convenient - we loved having direct access to the pool, and the beach and shopping were right across the street. Both times went smoothly, with minimal effort on my part. Joe is very knowledgeable and has guided my choices without any aggressiveness.
