Great view on the Marina, really nice room, swimming pool. The valet service was way too long. I requested to have my sheets changed due to my toddler having a bed wet accident, when we returned the sheets that I requested to be changed were still on the bed. We really enjoyed our stay!
Pool was very nice and clean with nice view. Cleanliness. Lots of dining and shopping options in walking distance. The lady receptionist is nice, we needed taxi and she got us one right away. The blower under the sink was dusty. Housekeeping provided new towels everyday, but never cleaned our room or changed sheets or made beds.

Room service got things wrong twice. maren Rooms are clean pool is awesome and the view is amazing from the rooms! It took a bit to get our car out of valet when we were leaving for the airport. This problem was solved quickly but our daughter needed 40 minutes to fall asleep again. The beach access for this place was terrible - this is not a beach resort - it is a hotel across a very busy street with lots of noise and trash everywhere. The resort charge is high and we weren't there long enough to enjoy the facilities. Loved having free drinks and beach chairs daily. Location is amazing, rooms are huge, beds comfy, staff incredibly friendly. The pool and parking could have been better. I wanted to make a cup of tea with a T bag of my choice but could not just heat hot water. Definitely coming back. Valid only for new Fine Hotels + Resorts bookings made through Platinum Travel service, Centurion Travel service, American Express Travel Online (where available) or any American Express Travel location. A staff member and I talked and a change was made. We loved the location, friendly staff, cleanliness and restaurant on premises! Pool closes early which makes no sense because its by itself. 
customer service is amazing. Jeffrey at the front desk was exceptional remembering our names and asking if we needed anything additional to make our stay better. No menus in the room upon arrival. Hotel a little run down, not super clean. The pool was cold and small. 
It took us on average 30-40 minutes to get our car. The front office was awesome, let me say this, theres a resort fee of 38 bucks a day, if you dare bring a car, its 42 bucks a day, just got my bill, its paid & im disgusted that this place charges you a room tax daily, 22 bucks a day!! The place is located just down from all the restaurants and bars on the strip. Housekeeping great. We let them know that we were celebrating a kid-free vacation and they upgraded us to an ocean front room and left us champagne and snacks in our room. We came for the beach and sun but were really taken by the smaller hotel and its exceptional staff. My other hotels transactions were in pending status, never confirmed. Not sure exactly what was going on but we had two incidents regarding payment. Umbrellas are $25 per day and we found this well worth it. wonderful room with a gorgeous view! No room service which is probably due to Covid and protecting hotel staff but I survived without it. we ordered water with our meals for room service a few nights, we did receive brown water one night- that was strange. Select rooms include private balconies and suites include fully furnished sun decks and spacious living areas. 3.

Could've been cleaner, black hair in the bathroom, pretzel next to the lounge, used tissues under the vanity that were not ours and the shower screen was broken so when you shower water got everywhere. The staff were lovely as always. Then our final bill came back over charged again by over $100.

More interested in sitting in their office playing on their phones..one day it took 45 minutes to fetch our vehicle and then another staff had gone off with our keys..completely rubbish company. The coffee was just ok and I thought it was pricey at $6 a cup. The view on the marina was amazing. The construction noise was just a slight annoyance. The location was great. Also for how pricey the hotel is felt the pool bar was a little lacking.

It was over during our stay, but the equipment was being disassembled for several days after. parking was a challenge -- lost keys, too full for guests, personality clash with a female attendant.

This problem was solved quickly but our daughter needed 40 minutes to fall asleep again. The beach access for this place was terrible - this is not a beach resort - it is a hotel across a very busy street with lots of noise and trash everywhere. The resort charge is high and we weren't there long enough to enjoy the facilities. Loved having free drinks and beach chairs daily. Location is amazing, rooms are huge, beds comfy, staff incredibly friendly. The pool and parking could have been better. I wanted to make a cup of tea with a T bag of my choice but could not just heat hot water. Definitely coming back. Valid only for new Fine Hotels + Resorts bookings made through Platinum Travel service, Centurion Travel service, American Express Travel Online (where available) or any American Express Travel location. A staff member and I talked and a change was made. We loved the location, friendly staff, cleanliness and restaurant on premises! Pool closes early which makes no sense because its by itself. customer service is amazing. Jeffrey at the front desk was exceptional remembering our names and asking if we needed anything additional to make our stay better. No menus in the room upon arrival. Hotel a little run down, not super clean. The pool was cold and small. It took us on average 30-40 minutes to get our car. The front office was awesome, let me say this, theres a resort fee of 38 bucks a day, if you dare bring a car, its 42 bucks a day, just got my bill, its paid & im disgusted that this place charges you a room tax daily, 22 bucks a day!! The place is located just down from all the restaurants and bars on the strip. Housekeeping great. We let them know that we were celebrating a kid-free vacation and they upgraded us to an ocean front room and left us champagne and snacks in our room. We came for the beach and sun but were really taken by the smaller hotel and its exceptional staff. My other hotels transactions were in pending status, never confirmed. Not sure exactly what was going on but we had two incidents regarding payment. Umbrellas are $25 per day and we found this well worth it. wonderful room with a gorgeous view! No room service which is probably due to Covid and protecting hotel staff but I survived without it. we ordered water with our meals for room service a few nights, we did receive brown water one night- that was strange. Select rooms include private balconies and suites include fully furnished sun decks and spacious living areas. 3. the facilities, the location, the staff. maren The hotel also provided a pack n play for my toddler, which was perfect. There was a side view of the ocean, but mostly the busy, dirty street.
very clean, great location , friendly staff. Further, there was no towel or drink service at the beach. Asked kindly for two caf lattes from the bar tender at the restaurants bar. Room excellent, good size, kitchenette good, view of marina fantastic. Have to travel out to grab a cup of coffee.
Could've been cleaner, black hair in the bathroom, pretzel next to the lounge, used tissues under the vanity that were not ours and the shower screen was broken so when you shower water got everywhere. The staff were lovely as always. Then our final bill came back over charged again by over $100. maren
But umbrellas cost extra 26$ per day! Service was very good. Ryan at the front desk was awesome to work with was helpful and pleasant. After next 5 minutes - fire alarm was launched which we didn't even hear "sorry" from the receptionist. Beds super comfy. Entire staff including housekeeping were very professional and accommodating. It just wasnt the relaxing, Florida ocean front vacation I was looking forward to. Free beach chairs, free drink coupons and use of bicycle at no additional charge was great. Staff was wonderful. The doors to the wardrobe were stuck closed and I had to yank them open. The music was perfect and delightful! This occurred on more than one occasion. Super friendly and accomodating. Breakfast: 7 am to 11am | Brunch: 10 am-3pm | Dinner: 4pm-11pm sure I'll be back again. Staff was incredible- so friendly all around. We like not having our room serviced every day so this also wasnt a problem. It is far enough away from the craziness but in walking distance if thats what you like! More like a 3 star hotel. The pool was lacking, not enough towels or chairs. Amazing hotel, very comfortable, spacious rooms, with an unbeatable location by the beach in FLL. And no, its not a standard procedure: only 2 hotels took additional authorization but only additional (for some extra charges I might have), not for a whole amount when I say I want to pay by cash anyway. The end of the strip was a little dark. In the high winds, the elevators play up. The other bar tenders did not react to us sitting without service; they saw we were waiting and they did not ask how they could help us. The hotel is new and clean and in a great area. We also didn't care for the fact that the ice machine was on the 5th floor only. So close to the beach and multiple food places! great restaurant at the lobby, and a starbucks in the building. The riveria restaurant food was delicious also.

Really impressed. new hotel clean I love the gym new machines good location, I didnt like the idea we have to pay for parking the car. It seemed the food was frozen and reheated.

I had a great stay at Hotel Maren in September. We still had beach access, just a little bit down the beach which was no big deal. Hes the very best of what I look for at Hilton properties. They are extremely concerned with meeting all customer expectations. the staff was very helpful and kind. on site restaurant was really well done!!
The hotel was absolutely beautiful. All spaces were nicely decorated. hotel staff is very helpful. beautiful view of the beach and exceptional staff in every area! the pool closes too early and the drink coupons were just for vodka. More interested in sitting in their office playing on their phones..one day it took 45 minutes to fetch our vehicle and then another staff had gone off with our keys..completely rubbish company. The coffee was just ok and I thought it was pricey at $6 a cup. The view on the marina was amazing. The construction noise was just a slight annoyance. The location was great. Also for how pricey the hotel is felt the pool bar was a little lacking.
Great crowd and guests. Restaurant and staff were excellent! excellent location. After three days it still hadnt been mopped. Take a short walk to the Fort Lauderdale Water taxi for a vibrant water view of this vibrant destination. Room size great. It felt like it was a good hotel 5 years ago. Complimentary In-Room WiFi is provided and WiFi will be provided in a common space on property. One started out with us being over charged by over $1000. Sitting outside listening to the motorcycles, trucks, horns beeping and car radios blaring took away from the experience. Loved the Fifth floor pool deck and the fact that the cabanas were first come first serve. We didn't care for the fact that the pool and bar closed so early. hotel was very clean. Nice clean sheets.

The location All the other staff was awesome as well I didnt catch the names of the other staff but they were awesome as well I felt at home here and comfortable the whole time! I enjoyed the seating outside. A Starbucks in the property which is a plus for convenience.

It was over during our stay, but the equipment was being disassembled for several days after. parking was a challenge -- lost keys, too full for guests, personality clash with a female attendant.
