And that involved reaching out to tutors, spending more time, taking different approaches to learn it. Since 2012, Abbott Laboratories has offered a high school internship program to students from diverse backgrounds, exposing them to science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). So, what struggles did you see with your biochemistry students having and how did you help them?
