My company has the pleasure of working there on their weddings and I'm always excited to make the track up and stay at their beautiful resort. Mid-planning, and so thankful! She is impersonal and was even rude to one of my guest. So we brought multiple pieces of furniture from home and had three car loads full of other decorations. Everyone commented on how great the food was. The people making the hotel reservations are not so brightbut Teresa was awesome and by far made up for that. Their indoor setting includes a spa, a lodge-like atmosphere and many guest rooms. BVR has incredible service all the way from housekeeping to bartenders to behind-the-scenes administration, and because of the wonderful staff, our long-awaited marriage celebration went on without a hitch. I was amazed how smooth and organized my big day went! Not to mention the pictures turned out gorgeous! We could not have been happier and absolutely loved having our ceremony at the Sunset Terrace and our reception at the Sunset Pavilion. All of our guest were floored when they arrived!

Besides needing gluten-free options, we also had another unique request--we wanted to include our dogs in the ceremony. She was very prompt, professional and ensured our wedding ran perfectly smooth. They could not have done a better job!!!! We love Brasstown! My one complaint, which may have been unavoidable, was when the original wedding coordinator left her position a few weeks before our wedding and the transition with her replacement was less than smooth. All of the staff are very professional and very helpful and your personal wedding coordinator will be there from the very beginning and will make sur Best wedding ever!!!! The wedding day coordinators could use some work though. Our ceremony was at the Waterfall Lawn which has a breathtaking view and we had amazing weather. The staff was extremely helpful, the food was delicious and they took care of absolutely every detail. We had our whole family there for the weekend in the cabins (which are updated and very spacious) and they were so flexible with all our requests (e.g., having a back-yard bbq rehearsal dinner for all the guests in the cabin's cul-de-sac) and really made every effort to pull off the perfect wedding. The venue was gorgeous and the day of I did not have to worry or think about one thing. Our coordinator had every detail down, and the staff is like a small army of people Ashley at Brasstown was amazing. esponsive, professional, and did everything she could to make it a perfect day. While dogs aren't allowed to stay in the resort, BVR does have cottage/resort rooms that look the same as the resort rooms and dogs are allowed to stay in those rooms--we actually preferred this because the cottages are more secluded and right by hiking trails. I would recommend this venue to anyone - it was perfectly perfect! There was plenty of on-site lodging for all guests who wanted to stay onsite. Great food! This venue services the area of the Chattahoochee National Forest. devastated because I knew they only had 2 Saturdays left in Fall 2021. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! We also had our rehearsal dinner there at the stables with hay rides and a bonfire.
