Disturbed that we had to leave earlier than planned without being able to even take a shower, I confronted the desk clerk again as we checked out and requested a discount, which she begrudgingly gave us but only after we asked.

The historic building was was great, the room needed a little work to it there was a patch job on the ceiling that needed repaired and the shower need to be re-grout and recaulked, the door frame around the bathroom door, door jam needed painted, other than that it was great.
