I found it annoying when I was off-roading through difficult obstacles that required Off-Road 2 mode, but after as my car hit 20 mph my suspension would lower down to Off-Road 1 Mode.



Then whenever your OE tires are at end of life, at that point you can go bigger if you want. The welds on the RRO go all the way around the spacers and are finished and powder coated really nice. While our lift will create the vertical height you need, you will have to watch the width and backspacing carefully for tire clearance.

My tires as the stock size, 265/60/18 with an 18x9 +20 offset and fits perfectly no issues. I did the complete kit front and rear and love it on my 2017 limited.

To reiterate if you buy those kits to save $10-20 for Chinese made parts, you WILL end up spending $1-200 more for the installation over a Rocky Road kit. leveling heist

cherokee jeep grand lift tires before 2005 rough I think I'm about to splash for the RRO leveling kit. Why mess with the ride quality of the nicest Jeep ever made? I did buy a 5th matching tire and put it in the spare well, but the cargo bed sits up about 2" now. The ride quality is almost identical to stock with the RRO kit installed. The Airlinks Lift Kit simply adjusts the link length to trick the system to sit at a higher ride height while in Standard Mode.

I'm currently waiting for the rough country leveling kit to come into the shop! Looks awesome! It allowed me to get 275/55 R20 Continental TerrainContacts on with 0 rubbing. We HIGHLY recommend having your lift installed BEFORE you go shopping for tires. That looks really good.

About a year ago I upgraded my Grand Cherokee with larger, more aggressive tires. I have a 2020 GC Trailhawk and want to put that exact tire and size on instead of the oem 265/60/18. It helps if you have 2 floor jacks, as there were a few times where it was helpful to be able to lift/lower the car and the lower control arms separately at the same time. I originally went with the RRO as it was the only option. I have 275-55-R20 Cooper AT3s currently and thats big enough for this Jeep. Installation of the other leveling kits requires disassembly of the strut which means specialized equipment. My alignment seemed OK, and I drove it for about 60 miles before the alignment.

Another benefit of this is that you can now stay in Off-Road 2 height up to 40 mph without the suspension automatically lowering. Those other kits also require a huge increase installation time and cost as a result when compared to the Rocky Road Leveling kit. They're duratracs, not ko2, but I'm sure sizing is close to the same either way. I just got the RRO 2.5"/1" kit. After that, I did the rears (by myself) which took like 3 hours total. This is a great option for anyone who wants to fit larger tires on their vehicle when they have air suspension. They fit well before the lift, had a tiny bit of rubbing on the felt liner in the rear, but nothing major and probably easy to solve. Be careful, the WK2 uses a 14mm lug nut so JK Wrangler wheel spacers are not a direct fit (can be used with some changes). Do it once and do it right. It wasn't in the instructions, but I had to completely unbolt the anti-sway bar from the front end, I couldn't get the suspension apart and back together without doing that. The GC came with 20-inch rims and tire size 275/55R20. It has been good to me and I know where it was made. Is that a 32 tire? Sweet I just lifted my WJ, only took my 15 minutes.

We do this by combining our standard front lift kit with a 1" rear lift.

No longer will you have to grumble about a stock Subaru having better clearance than your Jeep. I'm considering that size, or 275/65R18 for a little more width without spacers.
