Yeah don't worry about it I fix these kinds of problems often I work at a glass shop what you want to use is ureathane just make sure not to get it on yourself and make sure the molding is dry otherwise it will not stick, and let it dry overnight if not use some painters tape to hold it in place while driving until it drys.
