Beach, pool Wonderful memories! Perfect house and location. The decor is pretty outlandish but we knew that beforehand and found most of it fun; the only somewhat objectionable part was the Rock and Roll room, which has quite a few drug (marijuana) references and led to some interesting questions from the kids. The Isle of Palms charming downtown area and full service marina offers a fun assortment of waterfront restaurants, boutiques, and bars providing castaways with hours of entertainment. Were so very happy that you enjoyed the home and had such a fun time! This was our second time staying in the property. Beachfront, pool with a kiddie pool, the kids loved it, we really enjoyed our week here. We LOVE the upgrades to the kitchen. We loved the big dining table that could accommodate our whole group. We had a blast! :). We also loved the game room, as it gave us a couple of gathering options for those who wanted to play and the living area could be more relaxed.

Words cannot describe how much we LOVE Casa Banana the location, decorations and all the small details that truly make it feel like home. Owner provided a starter quantity of the essentials, it was clean and the view was great. This was our 3rd year in a row at a Casa propertyfirst at Casa Margarita, last year at Casa Flamingo and this year at Casa Banana, We loved each one but I have to say I think Casa Banana is my personal favorite. Thanks to the kindness and cooperation of the property manager (Tina Smith), we were able to re-schedule for the spring. The house came fully stocked with towels, extra blankets, toilet paper, soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, basically everything youd expect at a hotel. The decor was not as overwhelming as I thought it might be from the photos. , 5/5 The original plan was to be there last September, but Mother Nature changed our plans when the storm shut everything down. The weather wasnt conducive for us to enjoy the beautiful pool, but the brand new outdoor hot tub gave us the outdoor relaxation we were looking for. Love it! The property was perfectly located for IoP experience. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed, plus seating for 20 so everyone could eat at once. Bedrooms worked for all. Stayed August 2017. The kitchen is a gourmet cooks dream with new appliances, cookware, sinks, two stovetop a, new countertops and decor. The beds and bedding are new and oh-so-comfortable! Would definitely stay here again. It has plenty of parking and plenty of space. We all had a wonderful time! The kitchen/eating area/living area is great for huge groups like ours, and the pool/beach set up cant be beat. Spend your vacation basking in the sun and surf at this beautifully updated, third-floor villa with views of the ocean! Our kids wont stop talking about the house. Numerous tours of Charleston were planned, but once they saw the house all were content to stay put and just enjoy the beauty of the beach and the comforts of the home. We spent evenings watching the sunset, playing Nuke em (Volleyball variation) with 3 generations playing and playing Left-Right-Center at the big kitchen table. but feels updated and a bit more relaxing. And the rental company was fast to respond and repair the small issues that arose (a broken toilet flusher and a stalled garbage disposal.) The kitchen has recently been renovated and it is absolutely gorgeous! game room and lots of spaces to sit around and the enjoy the scenery and family time. Proximity to golf, local bars and restaurants, and downtown Charleston made it a treasure in Isle of Palms. My suggestions for improvement would be: a second dishwasher (hard to fit but would be a big help), some extra bath towels, and please get another recycling bin (or two)! The decor in the house was very fun and unique. Wed love to have you back! We are repeat guests and will be so again. It would be nice to have another walk-in type shower for those with limited mobility (theres only one; the other showers are all in bathtubs). No matter how you spend your days on the coast, you'll come home to a shaded balcony with a view of the water, a community outdoor pool and a fishing pier; a great location in the very heart of Isle of Palms. Plenty of dining space, great open concept, dishes and cooking items that were provided were perfect for us because we cooked all week. With a large pool, hot tub and plenty of deck and poolside seating, theres plenty of room. We rented Casa Banana, Flamingo and Margarita for our beach destination wedding week. We rented the casa next door as well and that worked perfectly for our big group. Casa Banana was the perfect beach getaway. (would probably make a few Iron Chefs envious!) Had such a fun week! The kitchen supplies are a great asset. In a week, we only left 3 times! The unit had a great view of the ocean. The house was large, comfortably slept 12 guests, and was in a perfect location (beachfront and two doors down from Windjammer). 5/5 Visitors enjoy the citys wide array of theaters, historic sites, and shopping districts. We will be back! The dcor provided for never ending conversation. We stayed here last year and loved the location, the layout and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and especially the beautiful oceanfront view. Wed notice something new everyday. Just enjoyed a fun filled weekend with twenty close friends at the gorgeous and whimsical Casa! Were so happy that you had such a great time! We rent Casa Banana every year and it has become one of the highlight weeks of our year. Then it was a quarter-mile quick trip to pick up groceries and a 2 minute walk from the house to choose from 4 or 5 great places to grab dinnereverything is so convenient. The decor was full of humor and top quality appliances and amenities were in place. Happy 70th Birthday Surprise to our Mom w/ 10 surprise guests. . Fishing and water sports enthusiasts head to the Isle of Palms Marina, which offers a full range of charters, sightseeing tours, and equipment rentals. The location was great so we could bike ride to the business district. Beautiful new walkway to beach, gorgeous pool. Words cannot describe how much we LOVE Casa Banana the location, decorations and all the small details that truly make it feel like home. Owner provided a starter quantity of the essentials, it was clean and the view was great. This was our 3rd year in a row at a Casa propertyfirst at Casa Margarita, last year at Casa Flamingo and this year at Casa Banana, We loved each one but I have to say I think Casa Banana is my personal favorite. We had as much fun decorating home as you had enjoying it. We are thrilled that you all had such a fantastic time. This house is truly amazing! Stayed June 2015. The weather wasnt conducive for us to enjoy the beautiful pool, but the brand new outdoor hot tub gave us the outdoor relaxation we were looking for. Love it! The property was perfectly located for IoP experience. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed, plus seating for 20 so everyone could eat at once. Bedrooms worked for all. Stayed August 2017. The kitchen is a gourmet cooks dream with new appliances, cookware, sinks, two stovetop a, new countertops and decor. The beds and bedding are new and oh-so-comfortable! Would definitely stay here again. It has plenty of parking and plenty of space. We all had a wonderful time! The kitchen/eating area/living area is great for huge groups like ours, and the pool/beach set up cant be beat. Numerous tours of Charleston were planned, but once they saw the house all were content to stay put and just enjoy the beauty of the beach and the comforts of the home. We spent evenings watching the sunset, playing Nuke em (Volleyball variation) with 3 generations playing and playing Left-Right-Center at the big kitchen table. but feels updated and a bit more relaxing. And the rental company was fast to respond and repair the small issues that arose (a broken toilet flusher and a stalled garbage disposal.) The kitchen has recently been renovated and it is absolutely gorgeous! game room and lots of spaces to sit around and the enjoy the scenery and family time. Proximity to golf, local bars and restaurants, and downtown Charleston made it a treasure in Isle of Palms. My suggestions for improvement would be: a second dishwasher (hard to fit but would be a big help), some extra bath towels, and please get another recycling bin (or two)! The decor in the house was very fun and unique. Wed love to have you back! We are repeat guests and will be so again. It would be nice to have another walk-in type shower for those with limited mobility (theres only one; the other showers are all in bathtubs). No matter how you spend your days on the coast, you'll come home to a shaded balcony with a view of the water, a community outdoor pool and a fishing pier; a great location in the very heart of Isle of Palms. Plenty of dining space, great open concept, dishes and cooking items that were provided were perfect for us because we cooked all week. With a large pool, hot tub and plenty of deck and poolside seating, theres plenty of room. We rented Casa Banana, Flamingo and Margarita for our beach destination wedding week. We rented the casa next door as well and that worked perfectly for our big group. Casa Banana was the perfect beach getaway. (would probably make a few Iron Chefs envious!) Had such a fun week! The kitchen supplies are a great asset. In a week, we only left 3 times! The unit had a great view of the ocean. The house was large, comfortably slept 12 guests, and was in a perfect location (beachfront and two doors down from Windjammer). 5/5 Visitors enjoy the citys wide array of theaters, historic sites, and shopping districts. We will be back! The dcor provided for never ending conversation. We stayed here last year and loved the location, the layout and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and especially the beautiful oceanfront view. Wed notice something new everyday. Just enjoyed a fun filled weekend with twenty close friends at the gorgeous and whimsical Casa! Were so happy that you had such a great time! We rent Casa Banana every year and it has become one of the highlight weeks of our year. Then it was a quarter-mile quick trip to pick up groceries and a 2 minute walk from the house to choose from 4 or 5 great places to grab dinnereverything is so convenient. The decor was full of humor and top quality appliances and amenities were in place. Happy 70th Birthday Surprise to our Mom w/ 10 surprise guests. . Fishing and water sports enthusiasts head to the Isle of Palms Marina, which offers a full range of charters, sightseeing tours, and equipment rentals. The location was great so we could bike ride to the business district. Beautiful new walkway to beach, gorgeous pool.
